A creative French Fashion House is looking for a Collection Coordinator for their RTW and Accessories collections.
This is a permanent position to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure and support the creation, evolution, and organization of collections.
Act as a liaison between the different departments involved in the creation of collections.
Assist the Artistic Director.
Main Objectives:
Artistic Direction Assistance:
- Manage and organize the complex schedule of the Artistic Director (AD).
- Serve as the main point of contact for the AD’s schedule, working hours, and availability.
- Organize the AD’s travel arrangements (flights, hotel bookings, taxis, visas).
- Make restaurant reservations and other arrangements for the AD’s lunches and dinners.
- Manage expense reports and track the financial budgets related to the AD and studio.
- Accompany the AD on certain trips, sometimes abroad.
Studio Assistance:
- Assist the studio with administrative and logistical tasks, and support the preparation of collections:
- Set up and monitor the collection calendar, prepare and document meetings with the necessary data and resources.
- Update key collection plan documents with other departments, such as: Image (packshot matrix), Raw Materials (pre-purchase document), Merchandising (Photoshop attribution meeting prep), etc.
- Ensure the flow of collection transfers between different departments and shooting locations.
- Plan and prepare fittings, coordinate and organize the schedule during the collection (models, samples, resources, etc.).
- Manage model bookings for fittings.
- Coordinate requests for sample duplicates (press samples, special partner projects).
- Assist in managing the daily schedule and deliverables (deadlines, workload, budget, etc.).
- Collect and organize collection progress documents (printed materials, fabric books, collection launches, budgets).
- Monitor collection budgets and report on them.
- Create necessary POs to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Purchase supplies required for the teams.

Desired Profile:
Education and experience required: Business school graduate, ideally with experience in the Fashion, Perfume, Cosmetics, or Luxury sectors (minimum of 2 years).

- Ability to work in a complex and international environment.
- Confident, versatile personality with strong communication agility across various levels of hierarchy.
- Discretion, respect for confidentiality.
- Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (Native or bilingual is a plus).
