We are helping a luxury French Maison, based in Paris, find someone to help with their commercial strategy for beauty and fragrances as they move into a new and exciting stage within this new industry for them.

This is a short to medium-term consultancy mission based in Paris and requires a senior profile with over 10+ years of experience, who speaks French and English and with a real knowledge of the cosmetics and beauty industry on a global level. A working knowledge of license agreements would be a serious plus.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation, growth and strengthening of their Fragrance and Beauty strategy, as well as help execute performance through engaging objectives, targets, and KPIs

Responsibilities

- Collaborate in the implementation of the overall F&B strategy alongside internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist in developing the commercial strategy to expand, develop, and fortify the F&B business

- Support the achievement of sales and profitability targets.

- Offer knowledge and coaching within this specific domain.
