As part of our team in the Paris boutique, you will act as an ambassador for our brand and craftsmanship, charged with optimizing business through your proven sales experience.


Your responsibilities include the following areas:

1. Managing in-store sales and after-sales services:

  • Strive to meet and exceed sales targets and monitor various store metrics (conversion rate, average basket size, sales index, etc.).
  • Analyse weekly sales trends and implement actions to boost sales and collection turnover rates.
  • Be an expert in sales ceremonies and customer experience, passionately sharing the story of our brand and introducing new clients to our craftsmanship.
  •  Oversee product offerings in coordination with merchandising.

2. Coordinating back-office sales and stock management (in collaboration with your sales team):

  • Ensure the proper maintenance of your point of sale and stock, manage restocks and minimum packaging stock levels, and oversee incoming and outgoing products.
  • Coordinate the setup for commercial operations.
  • Prepare for and participate in boutique inventories and coordinate IT-related issues (tax-free system, sales administration system).

3. Leading and motivating the sales team:

  • Recruit, integrate, and train new salespeople (sales ceremonies, store procedures) and provide product training for new collections.
  • Coordinate the store schedule (leave requests, absences), approve overtime hours, etc.
  • Maintain team motivation through regular meetings and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to internal rules (security, punctuality, HR policies) and uniform & presentation guidelines (maintaining polite and neat manners at all times).

4. Ensuring effective communication between the boutique and the headquarters, including daily sales reporting and participating in new collection presentations at showrooms during retail purchasing sessions.


Candidate Profile:

  • You have a master's degree level education with previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment.
  • You possess excellent client relations skills with both French and international customers and are highly personable.
  • You are passionate about fashion, products, and their stories.
  • Ideally, you have experience supervising small teams. You enjoy sales, sharing knowledge, and team development.
  • You are digitally savvy, using applications to grow your business.
  • You are fluent in French and English, and ideally, a third language.
