Responsibilities :

  • You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance.

  • You shall collaborate with the Store Manager on visual merchandising strategies, ensuring attractive product displays that drive sales.
  • We expect you to supervise and train staff members, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • You will oversee inventory management, conducting regular stock checks, monitoring product availability, and coordinating replenishment orders.
  • We expect you to analyze sales data and trends, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • You shall ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • We expect you to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract customers.


Requirements :

  • You must have previous experience in retail management.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • You need to be able to lead and motivate a diverse team of employees.
  • We expect you to have strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and administrative tasks efficiently.
