THE POSITION 

Our client is looking for a Data Project Lead for the Insights / Data business unit, who will report directly to the Founder / CEO and to the COO.

His / her main mission will be to develop and deliver monetization projects of the platform’s data (trend analyses, brand equity, ad hoc studies, brands newsletter, etc.), in tandem with the data analyst and in collaboration with the fashion team.

At the same time, he/she will be in charge of managing the relationship with clients, the commercial proposals on inbound leads, and actively developing the business, in collaboration with the management team.

Finally, he/she will be responsible for developing new projects and tools to leverage and enrich the platform’s data for monetization in the fashion and beauty industry.

The data used by the company is made up of 4 pillars:

- Fashion database: Collection structure of fashion shows and look books referenced on the site

- On-site navigation data (logged and non-logged traffic)

- On-line questionnaires sent to our opt-in users

- Focus group/think tank with a panel of fashion professionals

MANDATORY SKILLS 

· As a graduate of a top business or engineering school, you have more than 3 years of experience in a consulting firm, trend agency, or in a company with a strong marketing component (FMCG, Retail, Luxury, media agency, etc.)

· You have a real interest in the fashion and beauty industry, ideally you have significant experience in this sector. 

· You are an expert in digital analysis, and you know how to draw powerful and valuable insights from each study carried out, and for any type of audience (expert or not in studies/data). You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent tools, and ideally Google Analytics.

· You have a real sense of customer relationships and teamwork and a natural ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

· You have both a strategic and operational vision, you are pragmatic and efficient, able to combine medium-term development issues with the production of reports in top time.

· You wish to get involved in the development of a high potential start-up, at a key stage in its structuring

· You are fluent in French / English and comfortable in international environments.
