With a clear design DNA, their goal is to create limited capsules that would easily fit into your life. Perfected cuts, elevated fabrics, and attention to detail and composition allow them to provide their customers with a well-curated wardrobe, driven by their client’s lifestyle rather than trends. We are now looking for a new Product Category Director to joint their team.

Mission 

Increasing business efficiency in Product development and operations through improving processes, procedures, and motivation systems.

OTIF fulfillment, the capsule is released on time. The entire product is released in accordance with the production calendar.

Responsabilities:

  • Management of the production cycle processes (from design to the release of the product line)
  • Building a clear monitoring system of product development and production processes. 
  • Plan-actual analysis, control of execution of main processes, management of resources for OTIF execution
  • Calculation of efficiency and optimization of existing processes. Development of the KPIs system.  
  • Development of IT tools in the product development and manufacturing departments. Process automation.
  • Coordination of cross-functional processes involving product development and manufacturing subdivision with logistics, sales, marketing, finance, HR.
  • Selection, development and motivation of the team.
  • Budgeting
  • Development of processes and IT tools (PLN, 1C)
