We are seeking a creative and experienced Brand Image Manager / Graphic Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this role will hold the responsibility of developing and implementing effective strategies to improve the brand image of NAMES. This would require ensuring a seamless and unified approach across all marketing channels, with a focus on creative and art direction for both digital and physical representations. The scope of work would include in-store retail activations, campaign installation, web design, social media strategy, and other marketing materials that are outward-facing.

The successful candidate will need to possess strong project management skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired results.

As a branding specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's brand image across all channels. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing brand guidelines and visual identity systems to ensure consistency in all marketing materials.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message is being communicated.

- Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform branding decisions.

- Developing and executing creative campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

- Managing multiple projects and meeting key deadlines to ensure successful brand delivery.

- Ensuring all creative is consistent with brand guidelines to maintain uniformity.

Minimum Requirements:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines and visual identity systems.

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, website design, and social media

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web design tools

- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Strong creative and analytical skills.
