Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team at Another Community. The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing coupled with a strong knowledge of the Beauty and Luxury Fashion industry. This role requires an individual who has the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with our clients.


Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  •  Serve as the main point of contact for assigned luxury fashion and lifestyle brand clients.
  •  Understand and meet client goals, objectives, and expectations by delivering tailored solutions.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients to formulate comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee and optimise digital marketing budgets for clients.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation to maximise ROI.

Campaign Execution:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as required.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs.

E-commerce Consultation:

  • Guide clients on e-commerce strategies to enhance their online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Conduct analysis to derive insights and make recommendations for optimization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the fashion industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Solid organisational and project management skills.
  • Prior experience in client management or business development roles within the fashion sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
