Acting as our Head of Ecommerce you will take full ownership of optimising the site's performance, identifying areas for improvement and executing strategies to increase conversion. This will include reviewing and improving the UX of the site, customer journeys and use of our CRM for re-engagement.

Taking ownership of ecommerce performance, you will play an integral role in driving the growth of our multi-brand fashion business. You will work closely with our Head of Finance, Retail Director, Digital Marketing Manager and Buyers to ensure that our online store provides a seamless shopping experience for customers across our categories.
Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to improve site performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making, and working with our wider team to implement changes that drive revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, as well as experience with data analysis and project management. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different functions within the company.
