Today, the brand is looking looking for a talented and dynamic Head of Product to work with the close knitted team. In this role you will be managing our entire product development process and overseeing the workflow and critical path across Design and Development. You will also work closely with Merchandising and Production to oversee the successful evolution and implementation of the seasonal range plan, as well as to ensure target pricing and margins are met. You will be based in London and report into the Creative Director. Permanent contract. Start asap.

Your responsibilities:
• Manage the entire product development process, roadmap, and timelines
• Design and manage the critical path for design and development and ensure deadlines are met according to the deliverables
• Plan and deliver seasonal collections
• Work closely with the commercial & design team to produce the option planning and seasonal buying strategy to further develop business performance
• Liaise with Design to address fit issues with creative problem-solving while ensuring cost, quality, and lead times are maintained
• Analyse systems to optimize logistics, operations, and timelines across all raw materials and finished goods and the respective delivery regions
• Monitor supplier invoicing and ensuring that there is a smooth supplier cash flow
• Develop relationships with new and current suppliers
• Proactively improve supply chain timelines
• Working alongside finance and sales to optimize margins alongside projections
• Responsible for vetting new factories and manufacturing partners
• Responsible for the pricing architecture across the business to ensure product area consistency
• Manage risk and raise issues to the team so that solutions can we found in a good time
• Work closely with E-commerce and DTC teams to manage OTB
• Manage seasonal calendar
• Manage the Production and Design teams
Role requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant experience leading PD teams
• Experience managing entire PD process
• Established portfolio of manufacturers and suppliers
• Excellent knowledge and use of Adobe package - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent knowledge of PLM / PDM + MS office skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes
• Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing
environment
