As a part of the Fashion Image Department and its Retail International VM Service, you are joining a fast- growing and transformational environment.

Reporting to the Global VM Coordination Manager, you will ensure your markets correctly understand and apply the VM guidelines sent by the Global teams, bringing them support and helping them in being locally relevant and globally consistent.

You will be responsible for making sure your markets create and maintain compelling displays that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity, while always protecting the image and style of the brand.


Your main missions will be the following:

• Monitoring the Visual Merchandising of the boutiques, via IWD, photo reports and regular visits, ensuring guidelines are followed, and VM standards are met and exceeded.

• Providing VM feedback to your markets regarding all VM matters (collection launches/ VM animations/Window set ups/VM rotations etc.) making sure changes, when needed, are explained and executed, and working closely with the local VM teams to improve the VM displays.

• Managing store openings, special presentations, pop up set ups: you are responsible for following up your market VM projects, and supporting with your market knowledge to achieve a smooth & timely coordination. You will attend some of the set ups and making sure the VM standards are achieved.

• Ability to understand a commercial strategy and inject it while following the VM guidelines (cross merchandising/stock optimization)

• Communication on the VM specific issues and needs for your markets, creating regular photo reports and feedbacks for your VM manager. You will make sure the latest photos are shared by your markets, and you will highlight Best Practices.

• VM transmission: working with the local VM teams in your markets and helping to develop their awareness and understanding of the guidelines the brand image, and how to inject it in their boutique/market.

• Partake in (image/Paris /global) installations such as collection launches, VM inspiration, showroom set up, buying prep, alternatives, training installation

Your profile:

You hold a bachelor’s degree from fashion, visual merchandising, business or communication school and have min. 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising roles in the retail or luxury field (having a market experience would be a plus).

You are self-reliant, self-motivated, and have an ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines without supervision.

Your ability to follow both written and verbal instruction with great attention to detail is a key point.

Your effective problem-solving abilities along with your organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to well work with several teams.

You have a strong creative flair, and a strong knowledge of VM guidelines and how to apply them in a boutique environment.

You have a good knowledge of Pack Office and an excellent level of English.
