**About Tomasz Company 1 and the Position**

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Senior Collection Merchandiser, your principal duties will include:

- Assisting the studio in structuring RTW collections and product design

- Engaging at various stages of collection development

- Pre-production: archival research, identification of iconic looks, and creating a collection plan that aligns with our fashion house's style and commercial goals

- During Production: Optimizing product design for marketing purposes, refining the collection plan, and identifying high-potential items

- Post-production: Conducting the final edit

**Candidate Profile and Requirements**

- Education & Experience: Candidates should hold a degree from a reputable Business or Fashion School and boast a minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury fashion house

- Key Skills & Attributes: A natural affinity for products, creativity, attentiveness to fashion trends, and prior experience in styling, collection merchandising, or buying are essential

- IT Skills: A strong understanding of IT tools and expert proficiency in the Office Suite

- Language Skills: An excellent command of English

- Additional Skills: An eye for detail, systematic approach, and a high level of diligence in your work

- Contract Type: This is a freelance position, requiring commitment of one day per week.
