Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with the brand's standards.
• Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base, offering personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s organization, cleanliness, and inventory restocking.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve both brand and store objectives.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury retail environment, with specific experience in the ready-to-wear department.
• Familiarity with luxury brand service standards and the ability to contribute a client book of high-potential clients.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with management and coworkers.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese.
