One of the most famous British Luxury Brands are looking for a Retail Excellence Director (Mat Cover) to Support the business. To work with the VP of HR and company stakeholders, to define and influence ways of working across global retail stores, and to provide training support within a blended learning approach. The successful individual will demonstrate strong commercial value with a focus on enhancing sales team productivity, consistent customer experience, employee retention, and engagement.

Key job responsibilities will include:
· Help define retail training programmes and requirements in collaboration with HR and Talent functions to ensure that we are investing in our people and retention strategies, whilst ensuring world-class customer service
· Following the recent launch of The JC Experience selling ceremony, support with follow-up, adoption, tracking, and KPI measuring.
· Partnership with CRM and marketing teams to align on clienteling training activities.
· Ad hoc training where required to support corporate and retail teams.
· Participate in special retail projects including Communications, Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbooks, etc.
· Management and overseeing the Retail Excellence folder and training tools on CHOOHQ (internal intranet). Support the Retail Communications Manager with maintenance and upkeep.
· Evaluate trainings and track KPI progress via a quarterly RX scorecard.
· Work with Area Managers and store teams to ensure all retail employees representing Jimmy Choo are educated to an appropriate level on brand information, and heritage, including the adoption of the JC Brand Playbook.
· To be an ambassador for the brand. Inspiring the teams through exceptional customer service training with the highest brand service standards.
· Regular communication with the Field Trainers to ensure that training and store visits are planned thoroughly and in advance to maximise efficiency.
· Adapt varied teaching methods and resources to ensure the training is fun, educational, and inclusive. Support evolving digital training tools and initiatives where possible.
Qualification/Education
· Graduate calibre individual
· Advanced-level Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
· Must be fluent in English and a further language would be an advantage
Experience Required
· The candidate must have had significant previous experience working within a Luxury Fashion Company managing multiple locations within Europe
· Experience working within a boutique preferred
· To have had have a successful track record of motivating people and driving business results through effective training programmes
