Responsibilities

• Working directly with the Founder, bring the company vision to life by leading the UX/UI design process and take ownership of developing innovative user interface designs for our platform
• Using Figma, you will create designs that effectively communicate product interaction and experience based on user requirements and objectives
• You will use data gathered from research and usability testing to inform your design decisions
• We expect you to comfortably present drafts, mockups, or prototypes to key stakeholders in the form of comprehensive presentations
• You shall stay abreast of industry trends and be able to quickly assimilate new technologies into the overall UI design strategy
• You will adhere to brand guidelines when designing visual elements and maintain consistent look and feel across the platform

Requirements

• You must be an experienced UX/UI Product Designer with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and visual design fundamentals
• We expect you to have knowledge of current industry trends, standards and best practices for product design, as well as emerging technologies and innovations in both UI/UX and digital product development
• You must demonstrate the ability to interpret research findings into actionable insights and deliverables
• You will need to possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• You should be able to work independently and understand how to integrate feedback appropriately
