There is an opportunity to join this exciting brand as it heads into an unprecedented and significant period of growth with the launch of a new transactional website, new collection launches and new collaborations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising their established relationships with prospective Hannah Martin clients and to drive sales and business opportunities across its platforms and to manage the day to day operations of the business.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and nimble approach to their work, like the founder of an exciting new start-up. Creativity and disruptive thinking will be key.


Responsibilities:

  • Work in close partnership with HM and team to generate and maximize sales and business opportunities across its platforms.
  • Develop, implement and manage a sales strategy b2b, b2c and digital.
  • Focus on significantly increasing sales across bespoke/ one-of-a-kind collections.
  • Work closely with HM to manage existing client relationships and facilitation of the bespoke process.
  • Optimize and maintain business processes, facilitating growth whilst maintaining focus on the bottom line.
  • Propose, recommend, and implement innovative marketing initiatives to deliver growth for the brand


Experience:

  • A passion for jewellery and music.
  • Proven track record in harnessing sales and business development opportunities within the luxury jewellery sector.
  • Strong client list which you are willing to bring to the Hannah Martin tribe
  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with team/clients/ customers
  • Experience in managing relationships
  • Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills and an ability to multitask
  • Competency in computer skills, CRM systems and analysing data
  • Confident self-starter and an ability to communicate feedback constructively between client and team
  • An aptitude for thinking globally in terms of customer acquisition opportunities
  • Commercially minded
