Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time (24h) Client Advisor for our Acne Studios store on rue Froissart in Paris. As a Client Advisor, you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal customer relationships, drive sales, and achieve positive business outcomes, placing customer service and attentiveness at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute omni-channel services.
  • Welcome and guide customers through a smooth customer cycle, providing a top-tier client experience.
  • Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets.
  • Uphold administrative procedures and manage inventory efficiently.

Applicant Profile

Personal Qualities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for exceptional service and relationship-building.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and achieve sales targets.
  • Responsiveness and professionalism in resolving customer concerns.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in retail or hospitality customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge in customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin or Korean plus work proficient French
