Objective of the Role

As a Senior Client Advisor for Valentino, your mission is to enhance in-store business growth through outstanding clienteling and KPI performance. You'll achieve this by focusing on conversion rate, cross-selling, average transaction value (AVT), upselling, and strategic zoning.


Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll concentrate on three key areas: client relations, team support, and operations and visual tasks.
  • Client Relations
  • Mastering and leading the Client Journey
  • Evoke customer emotion and desire to enhance client experience
  • Engaging existing and potential clients as dictated by the weekly plan provided by Store Management
  • Deliver excellent Valentino Couture service across all categories at all times
  • Maintain a sales performance and KPIs above the store's average
  • Assisting the Store Manager in developing external relations in line with the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements
  • Foster sales using partnership and 'one-to-one' appointment routines 


Team Support

  • Motivate the team to explore unconventional sales opportunities
  • Mentor team members on improving the Client Journey and KPI performance
  • Actively participate in store meetings, sharing information, sales objectives, and KPIs


Operations and Visual Tasks

  • Ensure adherence to Company procedures related to sales and after-sales processes
  • Prevent potential stock issues by promoting information flow about product features
  • Guarantee safety of valuable products, materials, and store furnishings
  • Respect and enforce administration and operational procedures
  • Stay updated on HQ visual criteria and ensure its correct implementation in-store
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of windows and internal display 
  • Take a proactive role in operational tasks, such as shipping/receiving, when required

  • Perform actions and tasks needed to respond to client requests and facilitate sales
  • Apply consultative selling skills to secure sales, upsell, and cross-sell 
  • Enrich customer experience and perceived value with brand storytelling.
