As the Wholesale Director, you will be responsible for expanding and leading our wholesale business and creating new possibilities. You will also collaborate with our regional wholesale and digital teams.

**Key Responsibilities:** 


*New Business Development:*


- Identify new opportunities for expanding the customer portfolio 

- Maintain and enhance brand image through strategic distribution to key retailers 

- Negotiate business terms with partners


*Driving Sales:*


- Oversee teams to ensure meeting budgeted sell-in, sell-out, and objectives across all channels

- Maximize sales through effective management of key accounts

- Regularly visit key customers and business partners to review business and determine new business-building initiatives

- Manage the showrooms in coordination with Marketing - maximizing the sales potential of key products

- Ensure the wholesale team consistently achieves relevant sales and adheres to proper order and delivery schedules


*Marketing Management:*


- Coordinate marketing activities in line with brand activity and budgets

- Define necessary POS material, training tools, and sales tools to support sales 


*Cost Control:*


- Manage all controllable costs to budget and/or in line with sales

- Ensure that Gross Margin and Profit targets for the Regions are met


*Business Planning:*


- Lead global strategy and go-to-market plans for the Regions

- Monitor and report on competitor activity

- Ensure timely receipt of payments and follow up where necessary


**Qualifications:**


- A University Degree (Masters or MBA)

- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, ideally in the luxury/fashion industry

- Proven face-to-face sales experience in luxury products

- Demonstrated ability to over-achieve sales targets

- Exceptional team management skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills

- Proven creativity and initiative in driving new ventures to exceed objectives

- Ability to work in an international environment, fostering a collaborative and proactive approach to delivering results
