Amiri is seeking a part-time Client Advisor to join our corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. This role is for 14 hours a week, spread over 2 days. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including: Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS).
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team-first attitude at all times.
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge by detailing the craftsmanship and narrative of our products to clients.
- Participate in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed in coordination with management.
- Assist in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise upon request.
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts, and protect the assets of the Boutique by understanding and complying with operating procedures.
Requirements
- Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment is required.
- If a student, studies must be related to fashion or art.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle charismatic personalities.
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Languages Spoken and Written: English, French; additional languages welcomed (Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese).
- Characteristics: Open, Dynamic, Proactive, Polyvalent.
- Commercial agility required.
