  • Coordinating resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and sustainable growth.
  • Directing merchandising and sales initiatives across your region and managing financial budgets.
  • Maintaining high operational standards and performance in all stores.
  • Working with the Store Development team to execute our transformation strategy.
  • Collaborating with Marketing teams to enhance engagement in our stores.
  • Leading local initiatives to implement technological improvements, integrating digital and physical retail.
  • Proving regional insights about retail performance, market insights and business opportunities.
