We are looking to hire a client oriented and experienced client advisor, which will be a true brand ambassador for the Maison. Client Advisors will be responsible for ensuring the client journey upholds the Maison’s rich heritage, from service excellence, follow up and building a long-lasting connection with their clients. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest for art, fashion and styling, who will join Schiaparelli in their first UK store.

Client advisors will be required to partake in additional operational and commercial duties such as visual merchandising, maintaining store standards and involvement with deliveries and inventories.

Responsibilities:

• Providing service excellence to every Schiaparelli client, from welcome and approach, creating a bond, discovery moments and long-lasting relationships.

• Achieving individual and team sales and client targets, based on the available data to better understand own performance and sales opportunities.

• Create an engaging and genuine client experience, offering A* class service to privatively recruit new and existing clients.

• Having an in-depth knowledge and appreciation for the heritage and history of Schiaparelli, having a hunger for knowledge and using these elements to share the legacy and vision with our clients.

• Maintain a professional and immaculate presentation when on the sales floor and respecting the guidelines when it comes to product presentation and etiquette.

• Introducing opportunities, events and new collection to our clients, being able to work individually and proactively on your client networking.

• Confidence in proposing cross category offer to your clients, with the ability to handle objections and find solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience in working in a high-end luxury brand (goods or services)

• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with clients

• Strong track record of individual performance, with an understanding of individual areas of improvement

• Advanced knowledge in RTW styling and wardrobe mastery

• Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Proven track record of effectively working within a team, contributing to ideas and supporting colleagues when needed.
