We're hiring a Development and Production Specialist, Leather Goods products.

This is a FREELANCE ONLY CONTRACT, to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

Development & Production Executive – Chef de Projet.

To assist and support the Production Manager on the daily tasks:

• Follow orders of raw components for both Development & Production.

• To propose technical improvements (materials and construction).

• In collaboration with the Production Manager, ensure the proper implementation of the quality specifications for new products.

• Challenge PRI (Cost Price) with respect to margin targets.

• Ensure BOM robustness.

• Follow the technical files of the models to anticipate the different problems and guarantee their industrial feasibility.

• Secure Time To Market;

• Drive multi sourcing and product transfers.

• Initiate and implement any product innovation or manufacturing method.

• Set pup QC files for every products.

• Implementation of performance indicators.

• Implement new processes / best practice.

• Follow processes for bulk.

YOUR PROFILE

• You come from an Engineering School or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Industrial field in Leather Goods and/or in the luxury sector;

• You are proficient in the Office Pack (Excel in particular) and ERP.

• You are energetic, passionate, results oriented, and demonstrate great rigour and methodology on a daily basis.

• You are known for your luxury sensibility and eye for details.
