We're looking for a motivated and creative individual to grow and nurture Dweet’s brand, content and audience across a variety of platforms.
You’ll be responsible for the strategy and day-to-day management of our editorial and social media while owning end-to-end (ideation to execution) community-driven content and event initiatives.
As an early team member you will help shape the direction of our product roadmap and our company culture, practices, and processes.
Requirements:
- Have experience working on brand strategy, editorial, organic social media and community.
- Can craft and manage our editorial and social media calendar from writing social captions to scheduling and posting content across organic channels including, but not limited to, Instagram, Customer.io, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Come with creative ideas and detail-oriented organisation on how to strengthen and grow our community (from online and offline events to incentivising quality community content).
- Track, measure, and report on engagement KPIs, interpret the data and translate into actionable insights.
Ideal:
- Write clear, engaging, actionable copy.
- Have strong visual design experience to manage end-to-end content creation across all channels.
- Are experienced using Figma, or other design tools, to edit and create content and graphics.
- Are always ahead of what's next, and key trends in social and digital.
- Are fluent in the modern brand landscape.
- Been a part of building & running performance marketing campaigns.
- Enjoys proactively identifying areas of opportunity, assisting with ad hoc projects and additional assignments as needed.
- Lives in London or in +-1 hours GMT time zone.
