As an Event & Partnership Manager, your main responsibilities at Heuritech will be to organize our events and build strong partnerships with potential partners. With the help of an intern taking care of the operational part, you will deal with the following projects:
Strategy
- Formulate and be responsible for our event & partnership strategies
- Collaborate internally with key stakeholders such as Heuritech’s Fashion Director, CRO,…
- Follow your actions’ KPIs
Events organised by Heuritech
- Organise quarterly physical events aligned with our acquisition and community strategies
- Organise quarterly VIP dinner with executives from the industry
- Organise monthly webinars to nurture and grow our communities
- Identify service providers and venues
Participation to fairs and partners events
- Event watch
- Participation in international fairs
- Be responsible for our marketing physical tools (brochures, kakemono, business cards, goodies…) with the help of our graphic designer
- Maintain relationships with the sales to deal with the organization
Partnerships
- Define and execute the partnership’s roadmap to help Heuritech grow its branding and community
- Approach and develop relationships with fashion & digital leading players
- Build agreements
Preferred experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event organisation
- Excellent skills in organisation and project management (deadlines, planning, budget…)
- Relationship skills: You thrive from negotiating with market leaders to building relationships and managing partnerships
- Good English skills
- Team player: you enjoy collaborating with others
- An experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- French is a plus
