Uptify are looking for a Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Manager with a
proven track record in designing and executing strategic roadmaps to successfully
developing and growing key accounts.
The candidate shall be a self-starter, a team player, and a strong leader to join our agency
that shares our passion for retail and performances. The position reports and works with the
CEO to prospect and qualify new businesses as well as manage clients through the
Business Development process.
They are looking for a motivated leader to establish a solid footprint and successful growth in
the European markets, but the priority now is in Italy.

Job Responsibilities
● Identify new strategic leads & partnership opportunities in support of Uptify services
● Structure, negotiate and close leads to meet or exceed objectives
● Able to manage the entire sales cycle: detection, analysis of the needs, nurture
leads, submit commercial proposals, negotiate contract and signature
● Lead networking/relationship building, competitive intelligence, scale business
development,
● Assist in the development of business models, pricing, product and market strategies
● Quantify, track, and report on leads performances
● Strategic Planning in developing and successfully executing a short and long-term
business development timeline for growth to position our agency as a pioneer in the
retail management ecosystems
Requirements
● 10+ years of strong retail or C/X management and business development experience
● Strong networking among fashion and/or beauty in Italy
● Fluent in Italian and English with excellent oral and written communication, you possess an analytical approach
to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions
● Successful at delivering and closing deal pitches.
● Extensive database of senior contacts and the ability to network to get to anyone
● Great interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and an embedded drive for results
● Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight
