Your Role

As part of a fashion sustainability transformation initiative, you will be the expert within the cleaning and care team, supporting the Operations Manager and coaching the team to deliver exceptional client service.

Your Responsibilities

• Team Management & Coaching:
• Assist the Operations Manager with recruitment, skills coaching, team rotation definition, task prioritization, and daily running of the atelier.
• Act as deputy during the Operations Manager's absence to ensure business continuity.
• Daily Activity Supervision:
• Oversee garment diagnosis, cleaning, ironing, quality control, packaging, and ensure adherence to cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Liaise with the client-facing team based in central London.
• Supplier Management:
• Handle management of laundry products.
• Atelier Organization:
• Support the Operations Manager to optimize internal flows, space, and processes, etc.
• Logistics:
• Manage reception of incoming garments, labeling, and sending back to Collection Hub.
• Administration:
• Track items, update status & comments, and take photos using digital tools.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required

• Solid experience in textile cleaning and dry cleaning with a good understanding of procedures, ideally familiar with luxury garments and standards.
• Comfort with complexity, eagerness to learn innovative technologies, and fast learning ability.
• Multi-tasking capabilities and autonomy in managing team members' activity.
• Well-organized, meticulous, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative nature with excellent relationship and people management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools.
