Responsibilities

  3. You shall collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns aimed at increasing sales and brand engagement.
  4. You will monitor inventory levels on our ecommerce platform, coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
  5. We expect you to process orders efficiently, from confirmation to delivery, while keeping customers informed of their order status.
  6. You shall analyze ecommerce performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement with the team.
  7. We expect you to assist in updating website content, including banners and promotions, to align with current marketing strategies.
  8. You will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Customer Care Admin

  1. Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries through various channels (email, social media & live chat) in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Provide clients with support across product information, store details & online orders (delivery, exchanges & returns).
  3. Help facilitate & coordinate in-store appointments in the shared calendar.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Support with customer service reporting & analysis.

Requirements

  1. Your familiarity with ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, will be essential in managing our online store and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  2. We expect you to efficiently handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. You should excel at processing orders, including coordinating shipments and handling returns or exchanges, while maintaining meticulous records of all transactions.
  4. As part of your role, you must actively update product listings, descriptions, and images on our website, ensuring the content is current, accurate, and visually appealing.
  5. We require you to collaborate closely with our marketing team to assist with promotional campaigns and contribute ideas to improve online sales strategies.
