We are seeking a dedicated Store Director. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all commercial and administrative aspects of our retail store, ensuring optimal profitability. Your role includes guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty, overseeing the store's structural operations, and continually developing the store's strategic direction.


Responsibilities

Commercial Duties:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing optimal service.
  • Select and buy collections for the store in consultation with the Retail Manager and under the guidance and support of the Commercial Director.
  • Resolve any customer disputes efficiently.
  • Manage inventory by controlling stock, identifying needs, organizing restocking, and handling transfers.
  • Implement commercial actions and oversee operations to secure customer loyalty and growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the store strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to the house's merchandising principles when displaying products in-store and windows.
  • Provide in-store customer assistance and close sales following the company's service standards.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to promote better understanding and sale of products.


Management Duties:

  • Lead, inspire, and unify the sales team and stock manager.
  • Train the sales team on products as well as the company's service standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to personnel management with approval from the Retail Manager and the support and advice of the HR Director.
  • Develop and recognize the competencies and potential of staff.
  • Allocate responsibilities and resources effectively.
  • Set and monitor quantitative and qualitative objectives for performance.
  • Identify staffing needs, manage schedules, organize teams, and handle recruitment.


Financial Management Duties:

  • Oversee the store's cash register and payment methods.
  • Propose purchasing budgets based on previous seasons' results to the Directorate.
  • Keep track of the store's commercial and financial indicators and implement corrective actions if needed.
  • With the guidance and support from the Finance Director, develop new tools for improved management.
  • Adhere to the budget allocated by the Direction.
  • Follow performance objectives agreed upon with the Direction for the store.
  • Share customer feedback and suggestions about the store with the relevant teams.
