Summary of the Role: 

1. To contribute to and understand the vision of the brand and build and execute a

financial plan aligned to that vision.

2. To provide leadership, direction and management for all financial decision making

in the business.

3. To provide strategic recommendations to Rosh and the board and advise on long

term business and financial planning.

4. To establish and develop relations with external partners and stakeholders.

5. To review and update all finance and IT related procedures. 

Main Responsibilities: 

1. This role has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing

and running of all the financial activities of Alighieri. This include but is not limited

to business planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and third party

negotiations.

2. The Head of Finance will proactively produce reports, research and develop

strategies and guide Rosh and the Board to make sound business decisions for the

short and long term.

3. The role may also extend to obtaining and maintaining investor relations and

partnership compliance.
