Join the team at Volzhenka, a family-owned business celebrated for the production and sale of high-quality caviar. We're seeking a VIC Client Advisor, for a part-time, temporary position in the Printemps Personal Shopping Suites. The role involves working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from midday until 8pm, starting from 24th November until 31st December. Your contribution towards providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' experience.


Job Responsibilities

Within the part-time remit of the VIC Client Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally welcoming and advising our VIP clients with courtesy.
  • Accurately informing clients about our caviar and other products, emphasizing their superior quality and artisanal origin.
  • Efficiently taking customer orders and conducting transactions.
  • Offering tastings and advising clients about all available products.
  • Promptly tackling and resolving customer issues or complaints, demonstrating understanding and empathy.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment, with correctly labelled and attractively presented products.
  • Actively contributing to revenue growth by recommending special promotions to existing clients and attracting new ones through your expert sales skills and product knowledge.


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this part-time role will:

  • Have a deep understanding of luxury products, caviar and high-end gastronomy knowledge is a plus.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Display strong listening abilities to comprehend each client's specific preferences and needs.
  • Be customer-focused and continuously seek to exceed their expectations.
  • Possess a good command of English and other foreign languages to better connect with our international clientele.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to respond to the evolving needs of our clients and to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Maintain a professional and neat presentation to accurately represent our luxury brand.
  • Have a passion for high-quality gastronomic products and the desire to learn and stay informed about the latest industry trends.
