With full responsibility, of the Marketplaces Business Unit, the person sought will be tasked with expanding the distribution of the brand and developing business volume and profitability in Market Places compatible with their image and positioning criteria.
The mission covers all aspects of:
- marketing: definition of ranges, pricing, design of the e-shop and communication on and off the platform, etc.,
- merchandising and commerce: site animation, emergence on the platform, sales strategy, promotional policy, etc.
- complete organization of operations, IT and logistics interface,
- the coordination of the external partners involved, in particular the communication agency and Chinese Trade Partner,
- account management and profitability.
Expected qualities:
- versatility, the missions being broad and of a very diverse nature, ranging from creation and marketing to logistics, IT and management,
- interpersonal skills to make the different departments of the company work together and work with very diverse Market Places,
- ability to understand the expectations of external platforms and to transcribe them in the context of the brand,
- ability to manage the complexity of situations and the pressure of platform and brand expectations, in an environment (Fashion) in perpetual motion,
- passion for the product categories covered by the brand and commercial sense,
- international openness,
- autonomy.
Skills required:
- experience of working with Market Places type platforms,
- experience in the ready-to-wear industry,
- minimum knowledge in the field of data exchange and IT flows (Lengow integrator),
- sense of aesthetics,
- business sense,
- fluent practice of English,
- the practice of Chinese platforms (Tmall, JD, etc.) and luxury / high-end platforms (Farfetch, Yoox NAP, etc.) is a plus
