Zimmermann, a respected Australian fashion label, is making waves both nationally and internationally with its ready-to-wear collections and swimwear.  Zimmermann maintains stand-alone retail stores throughout Australia, Europe, the US and a successful online business.

We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Retail Manager for our France & UK division. This role is based at our Head Office in Paris.

Role Responsibilities

As a Zimmermann ambassador and Retail Leader, the responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Coaching, training, and developing teams for excellent client service and engagement
• Implementing action plans to achieve sales growth, profitability, and key performance indicator targets
• Serving as an advocate for client engagement across the network by way of training, event proposals, and more
• Ensuring consistent excellence in execution and strict adherence to policies and procedures in line with brand standards
• Liaising closely with Visual Merchandising, buying and planning, and other central functions to optimize client satisfaction and sales potential for each store

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will exude dynamism, flexibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and an enthusiasm to learn. 

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in retail as a Senior Store Director or Retail Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of a third language is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills paired with keen attention to detail
