Responsibilities:
- Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with customers by offering a personalized and high-end shopping experience.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury leather product range to effectively meet the needs and desires of our customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by applying consultative sales techniques.
- Participate in stock management and visual merchandising to maximize product appeal.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team and other departments to ensure consistency in customer service and in-store experience.
- Gather customer feedback and relay relevant information to the management team to continuously improve the offering and service.
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience in luxury product sales, ideally in leather goods or related sectors.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with a passion for luxury products and fashion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work on a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in French and English, additional languages, would be a plus.
