The aim of this position : sell-out oriented brand growth in the European market
For our brands LANEIGE & Innisfree, your missions :
Management of the sell-out and key retailers
- Build a strong partnership with Retailers, sales managers and BA of retailers, become a privileged interlocutor at the Point Of Sales
- Visit the POS in France/European market minimum 2days in a week
- Analyze regions’ business and build strategic action plan to impact sales
- Monitor and optimize the merchandising : ensure the visibility of the brand/product at POS
- Trade marketing monitoring : ensure the impact of marketing activity on the site
Training
- Create training material to introduce brand & products.
- Train Beauty Advisors of retailers and motivate them to prescribe our products
- Recommend and ensure the effectiveness of the sales activities
- Brand animation – beauty show, brand presentation for BA, customers, retailer
Beginning on January 2023
Profil recherché
- 5 years of higher education from business school
- 3 to 5 years’ experience minimum Sales/Training experience in the cosmetics industry, ideally experience working with Sephora
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for beauty
- Retail driven
- Multitasking
- Autonomous, organized and able to prioritize
- Team player
- Professional english level
