The aim of this position : sell-out oriented brand growth in the European market

For our brands LANEIGE & Innisfree, your missions :

Management of the sell-out and key retailers

  • Build a strong partnership with Retailers, sales managers and BA of retailers, become a privileged interlocutor at the Point Of Sales
  • Visit the POS in France/European market minimum 2days in a week
  • Analyze regions’ business and build strategic action plan to impact sales
  • Monitor and optimize the merchandising : ensure the visibility of the brand/product at POS
  • Trade marketing monitoring : ensure the impact of marketing activity on the site

 

Training

  • Create training material to introduce brand & products.
  • Train Beauty Advisors of retailers and motivate them to prescribe our products
  • Recommend and ensure the effectiveness of the sales activities
  • Brand animation – beauty show, brand presentation for BA, customers, retailer


Beginning on January 2023


Profil recherché

  • 5 years of higher education from business school
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience minimum Sales/Training experience in the cosmetics industry, ideally experience working with Sephora
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for beauty
  • Retail driven
  • Multitasking
  • Autonomous, organized and able to prioritize
  • Team player
  • Professional english level
