About the Role

Embark on an exciting journey with Valentino as a Sales Advisor in a bustling department store. Your mission is to augment in-store business expansion by providing superior client service and achieving key performance indicators. This encompasses enhancing conversion rates, upselling, cross-selling, increasing average transaction value, and implementing strategic zoning.


Responsibilities

In this role, your focus will be divided into three core sections - client engagement, team contribution, and operational & visual tasks. These include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups post-purchase to resolve any concerns or questions.
  • Meeting personal sales goals and aiding the team in achieving collective targets.
  • Maintaining an organized sales floor with properly displayed and labeled products.
  • Collaborating with the store management to participate in training sessions and employing effective sales strategies.
