Wholesale Sales Manager (Worldwide)

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to join our growing team. As the Wholesale Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our worldwide wholesale operations, developing sales strategies, and driving sales growth across all regions. You will be working closely with our founder to identify new opportunities and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wholesale sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with new clients.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a global wholesale sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Manage and grow partnerships with potential partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and distributors.

• Work closely with the founder to identify new sales opportunities, create sales presentations, and close deals.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market and develop new sales strategies accordingly.

• Analyze sales data and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for

improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure the alignment of sales strategies and activities.

• Manage and oversee the wholesale funnel.


Requirements:

• Strong experience in contemporary/luxury women's RTW wholesale sales, preferably in the international market.

• Existing relationships with key buyers, distributors, and retailers.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to clients.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop sales strategies accordingly.

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
