Skims is a groundbreaking brand, reshaping the future of underwear, shapewear, and loungewear. Aiming for global reach and cultural relevance, Skims has disrupted the industry with innovative products across intimates, shapewear, swim, and more. We're on the hunt for an International Wholesale Assistant to support our growth journey outside the US. The role will focus on executing our Distribution Channel Growth Strategy and managing key relationships in EMEA and APAC with the guidance of the Director of International Sales.

Key Duties:

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with all international partners, managing day-to-day communication.
• Handle open orders to ensure monthly and quarterly shipping targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on collections review, delivery windows, production, and payments for timely receipts and business support.
• Improve and streamline tools and operational procedures for international accounts.
• Work closely with all business functions for pre-market, market, and post-market activities.
• Participate in brand presentation, brand training, seasonal activations, international pop-ups, and offline activations.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects under the supervision of the Director of International Sales.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in Wholesale within a fashion brand.
• Willingness to travel between 10% and 15% of the time.
• Understanding of marketing and ideally merchandising.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused, with the ability to understand partner and customer concerns and needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Additional languages and a working knowledge of NETSUITE are beneficial.
