As a digital ambassador, use the tools provided to offer a seamless & personalized shopping experience (clienteling) to your customers and increase the Digital Impact performances of the store.
Achieve turnover and KPIs set by the company.
STORE ACTIVITES
Open & close the store following the company procedures.
Follow point-of-sale processes, company standards and procedures. Actively participate on the housekeeping tasks in store.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards by following the recommendations given by the management team.
Ensure a fully stocked store by making replenishments.
Handle deliveries, shipping and stock organization.
Help with end of season returns and inventories.
Be responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Report discrepancies and problems to the management team.
Respect of all company policies and internal regulations including uniform and grooming guidelines.
