Major Responsibilities

Strategic direction and Operational implementation of the online business for UK, Europe & Switzerland and the CRM channels.

You will cover all areas of online marketing including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO and potentially CRM.

Website Optimisation & ECommerce

Directly responsible for defining and driving the strategy for the eCommerce business in order to

achieve sales objectives, within set profit targets, while preserving and building Brand integrity.

Manage mobile and website optimisation, technical and aesthetic, navigation, performance and functionality to positively impact eCommerce efforts.

 Identify required site updates to improve site performance. Manage the execution of ongoing site updates that provide enhanced functionality. Ensure integrity and functionality of all on-site content and engagement tools.

Manage SEO strategy and agency

Plan and execute marketing and promotional calendar, driving sales and margin, lead generation, consumer acquisition, site traffic, improving average transaction size, and order frequency.

Digital Marketing

In coordination with the Marketing Director, drive the alignment of the marketing calendar activities across all channels: earned, owned and paid media.

Building strategies for traffic acquisition, and goals across paid search, Social, Affiliates and Direct alongside organic social media. Defining strategies to increase reach, further increase traffic and sales conversion. Responsible for the development and delivery of reporting on all key metrics.

Working with the digital marketing agency to plan and execute acquisition campaigns including paid search, social, affiliates and partners.

Overseeing social media and social sharing activities across all key channels. And working in close partnership with the PR & Social Media Lead to define a successful strategy influencers outreach through community & content management strategies.

CRM expertise is a plus

Drive revenue across our Direct to consumer channels through innovative strategies and tactics designed to acquire, retain, reactivate and reward consumers across all segments.

Building consumer-centric strategies for lead generation, new customer acquisition and sales growth via digital marketing.

Leveraging the CRM platform to optimize lifetime value. Enhancing the CRM database to improve the knowledge of customer preferences in Brands and products.

Driving the consumer acquisition and loyalty initiatives across all channels, focusing on personalisation, testing and driving engagement and retention.

Developing our automated and triggered customer lifecycle relational E CRM program

Work with the team on increasing reviews in Google, trust pilot and in our own website.

What we need from you:

5-7 years experience and a proven record of accomplishment in delivering significant revenue growth through strategic planning & brand partnerships, preferably with a luxury/beauty Brand.

Proven experience with website or eCommerce management, as well as digital marketing

Expert knowledge of Shopify platform

Expert knowledge of consumer lifecycle journey and eCRM

Results-focused, organised with strong attention to detail.

Strong commercial acumen; Analytical and KPI’s driven

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines

A proven leader and team player with the ability to coach and work with efficiency across a wide team

Must be proficient in Google Analytics, MS Excel, Powerpoint

Strong creative & copywriting skills would be a plus

Strong creative ideas to help drive new concepts on the site and within organic social

Position located in London or Paris (or Geneva), fluent in English and French-speaking is a plus.
