One of the ways that we’ve been doing this over recent years is through independent psychometric testing. We’ve teamed up with People Maps to offer all Dweet consultants the opportunity to complete a personality questionnaire. Individuals are asked to run through a series of intuitive questions within an 8-minute time limit. Results can then be uploaded and shared on their Dweet profiles, or displayed as a personality certificate.
By combining this data with one-to-one introductory calls within our community, we’re really able to get to know the individuals behind the profiles.
