About Nanushka

Nanushka is a Budapest-based contemporary fashion house with a global outlook and a strong focus on sustainability. Our collections blend functionality with modern design, grounded in craftsmanship and responsible innovation. As part of our international expansion, we are opening a 6-month pop-up concession at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris and are looking for a Senior Sales Associate to help us deliver an exceptional brand experience in this high-traffic, iconic location.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in the daily success of our pop-up. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives outstanding service while also supporting the team and contributing to sales goals. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with prior retail experience who is ready to take on more responsibility in a leadership support role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

1. Welcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, offering personalized styling and product guidance.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and concession sales targets.
3. Support client development through proactive outreach and relationship building.
4. Help manage VIP and returning clients, creating a loyal customer base during the pop-up period.

Operations & Store Maintenance

1. Assist with daily operations including opening/closing, stock management, restocking, and inventory tracking.
2. Ensure visual merchandising is always aligned with Nanushka standards and Galeries Lafayette guidelines.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring concession space at all times.

Team Support & Leadership

1. Support junior sales associates on the shop floor, guiding them in customer service best practices.
2. Act as a key point of contact between Nanushka HQ and in-store staff.
3. Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate completion of daily and weekly performance reports by Sales Associates, and submission of these reports to Nanushka HQ.

Who You Are

1. 2-3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or department store environments.
2. Passionate about fashion, style, and delivering outstanding service.
3. Energetic, positive, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
4. Fluent in French and English (other languages are a plus).
5. Flexible with schedule—available for weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.
6. Responsible and professional, with a team-player mindset.
