Job Title: Creative Producer Manager

Role Overview

As a Creative Producer manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of all creative productions — from seasonal fashion shows and campaign shoots to e-commerce, digital, and social content. You will collaborate closely with internal creative, design, merchandising, and communications teams, as well as external production partners, to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and in line with the Maison’s creative vision.

Key Responsibilities


Fashion Shows & Special Projects

  1. Assist in the pre-production, on-site coordination, and post-production of the Maison’s fashion shows.
  2. Support creative teams with moodboard preparation, casting coordination, fittings, and show-day logistics.
  3. Liaise with vendors, set designers, stylists, and technical crews under the guidance of the communication/image team and the artistic director


E-commerce & Content Production

  1. Coordinate seasonal e-commerce photo and video shoots — including scheduling, call sheets, logistics, and sample management.
  2. Support the creation of digital content for social media, newsletters, and online campaigns.
  3. Ensure consistency in brand image, lighting, styling, and creative direction across all assets in line with the artistic director

Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Act as a bridge between the creative director, communication, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth production workflows.
  2. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision and proactive communication.
  3. Maintain production calendars and archives to support team organization and project follow-up.


Profile & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in fashion communication, production, visual arts, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a creative or production role, ideally within a luxury or fashion environment.
  3. Strong understanding of creative production processes — from concept to delivery. Ideally, work experience at an agency or production company.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
  5. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and production software is a plus.
  7. Passion for fashion, art, and visual storytelling.
  8. A flexible, solution-oriented mindset with a refined aesthetic sensibility.
