As a Senior Sales Associate, you will uphold exceptional standards of customer service in line with our brand focus. You will be responsible for developing your client portfolio and achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieving Targets
- Achieve individual targets set by the boutique manager.
- Develop and retain clientele.
- Assist team members in the sales process and contribute to back-office and administrative tasks.
- Recruit new clients by attending events and contributing ideas for new events.
- Maintain proactive networking to build new contacts and utilize the entertainment budget effectively.
Applying Policies and Procedures
- Act as an ambassador of retail excellence.
- Follow each step of the selling ceremony.
- Respect the values and ethical principles of the company and its group.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of company history and creations.
- Offer clients service standards as defined in the Service Palace® Guide.
- Enhance the client database by filling client data.
- Maintain personal appearance in line with guidelines.
- Abide by safety regulations and security procedures.
- Ensure the boutique’s appearance is well maintained and follows atmosphere guidelines.
- Respect the country's laws and current procedures; seek boutique manager’s authorization when necessary.
Contributing to Boutique Operations
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the boutique.
- Perform administrative duties and show flexibility when asked to handle tasks outside your normal scope.
- Participate actively in team meetings, boutique events, and other activities.
- Foster team spirit and contribute to stock management.
- Participate effectively in morning briefs to share new ideas or information and regularly conduct morning briefs to assure effective communication.
Profile
- Language: Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Experience:Strong previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a luxury service role with face-to-face customer contact.
- Skills:
