VIC Ambassador (Harrods)

As VIC Ambassador, you showcase the collections and assist clients, particularly VIP & VICs, to provide them with a luxury, personalized experience.

Your missions will be as follow:

Sales & Client Relations

  1. Greet and advise clients in-store;
  2. Present the products and the brand’s universe;
  3. Identify clients’ needs and suggest suitable products;
  4. Drive sales (upselling, cross-selling, special orders, product exchanges, etc.);
  5. Build clients loyalty and expand the client database;
  6. Ensure a premium and immersive client experience within the Balmain universe;
  7. Serve as the point of contact for client relations and sales within the store.

VIC Management

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for VIC clients;
  2. Develop and retain the VIC base;
  3. Help organize exclusive events and experiences (dinners, collection launches, private appointments, in-store events, etc.);
  4. Track and report on completed initiatives;
  5. Coordinate invitations, gifts, and personalized gestures;
  6. Collaborate with the Client Development & Trade Marketing teams to maintain exceptional relationships with VIC clients.

You have a commercial background and 5 to 10 years of experience in the retail and luxury sectors, ideally at Harrods.

Excellent presentation and oral/written communication skills.

Strong product orientation, customer relations and business orientation.

Proactive, team player, enthusiastic, versatile, rigorous and adaptable.

Fluent in English. A second language would be ideal.
