Summary

The Invisible Collection are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our e-commerce platform. 

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments in order to increase sales, build customer loyalty, and provide excellent customer service. You should also be comfortable using various software programs in order to manage inventory.

Requirements

- We expect you to help in maintaining the website, creating and managing product pages, ensuring the accuracy of product information and pricing.

- You will monitor and analyse sales performance, investigate discrepancies, identify trends and suggest strategies to increase revenue.

- We require you to update inventory in a timely manner and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure stock availability.

- You will use reports to track financials, profitability, and operational KPI's.

- We would like you to research industry trends and competitors to help inform future business decisions.

- You shall provide general administrative support such as analysing, data entry, and scheduling.

Profile

- You must have an understanding of e-commerce operations and the potential customer experience on The Invisible Collection's website

- You should be able to update images, product descriptions and content for promotional campaigns in a timely manner

- We require you to monitor stock levels and catalogue accuracy ensuring customers can find what they're looking for online

- You will report any issues or opportunities you identify with regards to the e-commerce performance to senior stakeholders

- You must be comfortable working with different teams, including designers, engineers and marketers
