Role Responsibilities

As the Store Manager, you will be expected to:

• Drive the Business & Deliver Results: Achieve financial targets through strategic approaches towards business development, sales, customer relationships, and store expense management.
• Leadership & People Management: Set the tone for your team by embodying the core values of the company. Define clear goals, manage the overall team performance, foster team growth, and build a world-class talent pool.
• Create the Customer Experience: Lead a team that consistently delivers transformational customer experiences. Ensure that visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times.
• Represent the Brand: Embody our brand's aesthetic and develop strong customer relationships that strengthen our customer base and increase repeat business.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient running of all store operations. Adhere to all operational procedures and guidelines, manage inventory, and maintain strong partnerships with corporate partners for timely two-way communication.

Education & Experience Required

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in a business or fashion-related discipline).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a luxury or service-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of success.

Requirements 

• A flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry and stand for extended periods of time.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English is necessary.
