Part-Time Sales Assistant - Fixed Term Contract

6 hours per week/ 2 days - 4 months contract



Baobab Collection, a leading luxury home fragrance brand known for its exquisite candles and diffusers, is looking for a passionate Part-Time Sales Assistant for our Selfridges store.

About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Baobab Collection, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Providing outstanding customer service and expert fragrance/deco advice
2. Engaging with customers to share the story of Baobab Collection and the inspiration behind each collection
3. Achieving sales targets and maximizing opportunities
4. Merchandising and maintaining the visual standards of the corner
5. Building strong relationships with Selfridges team members and management

We are looking for someone who is:

1. Passionate about luxury retail and home fragrance
2. Confident, personable, and proactive in engaging with customers
3. Experienced in retail sales, ideally in a luxury setting
4. Experience in Department Store is a plus
5. A team player with strong communication skills
6. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
