The Digital & Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of Jessica McCormack’s social and digital presence, ensuring our content, campaigns, and community are executed seamlessly across platforms.

This is a mid-level role for someone highly organised, creatively sharp, and confident in managing social and digital channels within a luxury environment. You will have a strong interest in paid media, a sharp awareness of evolving social formats and platform behaviours, and an understanding of how to build and nurture a community of tastemakers around the brand.

Reporting into the Senior Digital & Social Media Manager and working closely with the Digital & Social Media Specialist, this role will take increased ownership of BAU activity and act as a steady point of continuity during periods of absence.

Key Objectives

  1. Support seamless delivery of organic and paid social activity with keen attention to detail
  2. Contribute to paid social execution with precision and creative awareness
  3. Maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence across all digital touchpoints
  4. Support testing and learning across emerging platforms, formats, and feature
  5. Act as a reliable point of continuity within the digital & social team when required

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social & Digital Support
  2. Support with the planning and managing of day-to-day activity across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Mailchimp/Klaviyo)
  3. Own content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
  4. Maintain content calendars, asset workflows, and approval timelines
  5. Support the build and deployment of newsletters in line with the digital calendar

Content & Community

  1. Support content planning, ensuring brand alignment and quality control
  2. Support tastemaker liaison and coordination, including identification, briefing, asset tracking, feedback, and delivery
  3. Monitor and engage with DMs and community engagements in a considered, brand-aligned way

Paid Media Exposure & Learning

  1. Support the setup and organisation of paid social mapping, copy briefing and asset compilation
  2. Assist with performance tracking, reporting, and post-campaign reviews
  3. Develop working knowledge of targeting, creative testing, and optimisation best practice

Reporting & Administration

  1. Monitor and compile weekly and monthly reporting across digital channels
  2. Support ad-hoc insights gathering to inform content and campaign optimisation
  3. Maintain organised trackers, reporting templates, and internal documentation

Team & Continuity Support

  1. Work closely with the Digital & Social Media Specialist to ensure smooth execution across all outputs
  2. Act as day-to-day lead across BAU activity during the Senior Manager’s maternity leave
  3. Liaise confidently and collaborative with internal teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Skills & Attributes

  1. 3-4 years’ experience in a luxury social or digital role
  2. Strong understanding of social platforms within a luxury brand context
  3. Experience supporting paid social campaigns
  4. Highly organised with a sharp attention to detail
  5. Confident communicator, comfortable liaising cross-functionally
  6. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  7. Genuine interest in luxury, jewellery, and digital culture
