We are looking for an experienced, community-driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead the launch of our NYC flagship location. This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing women’s activewear brands and play a key role in building Oner Active’s first physical retail experience in the United States.
About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, oversee the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the ONER brand. You will support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the store team while driving operational excellence, visual merchandising standards, and commercial performance.
